Isaac Town Consulting provides expertise to our customers at every stage of the lifecycle of a building, from designing systems that meet end user needs from day one to finding ways to improve and optimize daily operations for buildings of any age. In practice, this means taking a different approach, working first to learn the needs and capabilities of your end users and operations. Using this inside-out approach, we will work with any group of stakeholders within your organization to build systems that truly meet the needs of the people who will use them every day. The goal of Isaac Town Consulting is to always understand our customers’ needs and ensure these needs are met on time, on budget, and with the most usability and maintainability possible. 

Our goal is not to invent new technology, but simply to help our customers best understand how to use technology. Josh
ReederPrimary Consultant

Josh serves as the primary consultant for Isaac Town, working directly with our customers to consistently deliver quality outcomes. 

Josh has nearly two decades of experience in engineering, operations management, and technical sales. Since 2018, he has helped provide building automation solutions to several major healthcare systems, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and large campus customers in the Los Angeles area. Josh previously served 13 years in the US Navy as a helicopter pilot and systems engineer. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics for the U.S. Naval Academy, a MS in Systems Engineering Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a certification in Product Development from MIT.

ReederPartner

Ann manages all contracts, billing and compliance for Isaac Town Consulting.

Ann received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton. She has extensive work experience in contract writing and copy-editing, as well as entity formation and management. Ann also has comprehensive work experience in Human Resources, including but not limited to, compensation and benefits, compliance and organizational structure.
